Orders are paid in full before work starts. Payment methods: Stripe (cards), Interac e-Transfer (Canada, in CAD), bank wire (details on invoice).
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes; Canadian clients are charged GST/HST as applicable to their province.
Cancellations and refunds
Full refund is available any time before work begins. Work begins when we email you to confirm the start date.
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable, except where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel.
UK and EU consumers may cancel within 14 days of ordering. If you asked us to start work during that period, you pay only for the work already done and we refund the rest.
If we fail to deliver within the quoted time and cannot agree a new date with you, you may cancel and receive a refund for any part of the work not yet delivered to you; if nothing has been delivered, a full refund.
Refunds are returned by the original payment method, in the currency paid, within 7 business days. Fees charged by your own bank are not covered.
Revisions and approval
Each package includes the revision rounds listed on its page. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes within the original brief; additional rounds or new requests are quoted separately.
If we don’t hear from you within 14 days of delivery, the work is treated as approved.
