Terms of Service

These terms govern services ordered from Global Strawberry, a registered business name of 1001104506 Ontario Ltd. (“we”). Placing an order means you accept them. Payments, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Prices, quotes and orders

• Published prices may change; the price in your confirmed order or quote applies.
• Quotes are fixed and valid for 14 days.
• Orders are paid in full before work starts. Work begins when we email you to confirm the start date.
• Delivery times are in business days and start on the first business day after work begins and we have received all required materials.
• If required materials aren’t received within 30 days of payment, we may close the order and refund any work not yet started.

Revisions and acceptance

• Each package includes the revision rounds listed on its page, within the original scope. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes; further rounds or scope changes are quoted separately.
• Deliverables are treated as approved if we don’t hear from you within 14 days of delivery.

Intellectual property

• On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables we create for you transfers to you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to before delivery.
• Third-party elements (stock images, fonts, templates, open-source code) are licensed to you under their own terms, not transferred.
• You confirm that materials you supply do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Results

• We deliver the agreed work to a professional standard. We do not guarantee outcomes that depend on others, such as funding, sales, search rankings or a “yes”.

Liability

• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place your order applies.
